So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in Him, rooted and built up in Him, strengthened in the faith as your were taught and over flowing with thankfulness  Colossians 2 v 6-7

Rooted is the name we give to our small groups at St Peter’s. The aim is for these groups to be places where we put down deep roots into Christ which enable us grow and to live fruitful lives for Him.

Rooted groups are a great place to become rooted in God’s people, to be rooted in God’s Word as we look at the Bible together, and to be rooted in prayer as we seek God’s Spirit to be at work in our lives individually and as a church. Rooted groups of all shapes and sizes meet throughout the week, some weekly, some fortnightly, day time or evening, some just for men or women. There is bound to be a group that’s right for you!

Rooted Events

We hold regular “Rooted events” to bring us together for special times of teaching and fellowship. These might include a Saturday Men’s Breakfast, a walk or a ladies’ craft evening or a curry night.
